We’re looking to add to our team. We pride ourselves on quality care, so attention to detail and a strong work ethic are requirements of the job. Whether you are interested in part-time or full-time opportunities, the ideal candidates will be able to work independently and care for the horses and the facility while the owners are away.

All candidates must be over 18 (although we will consider 16 and 17 years of age with parental consent), have reliable transportation, and have some horse experience. References and a background check will be required as part of the application process. Please note, that there are no living accommodations on the property so all team members and working students must live within a reasonable commuting distance.

BARN MANAGER

We’re looking for someone really great to join our team as Barn Manager / Exercise Rider. You must be able to effectively manage both horses and people. As barn manager, your top priority will be the proper care and maintenance of the horses and staff in the barn - and you will be responsible for the overall operations of the farm so that the owners can enjoy time with their horses and their families. What does success look like? The owners are at the farm because they want to be, not because they have to be.

FULL-Time and PART-TIME POSITIONS

We’re looking for 2-3 people to join our team. For working students, this is an opportunity to get hands-on experience, improve your horsemanship skills, and learn in a supportive and encouraging environment. For seasoned veterans in the field, this is an opportunity to contribute to our training facility in a meaningful way.

Primary responsibilities include all aspects of basic horse care including mucking stalls, feeding, watering, turning horses in/out, and light grooming. Includes some light farm maintenance such as watering arenas, moving jumps, and cleaning the barn.

You’ll work in tandem with an additional team member. Pay is TBD based on experience and references. Stable, consistent work, but please be aware this is a rain or shine, in sickness or in health kind of job. Horse experience and reliable transportation is required.

This is not a riding position. We are looking for people who can work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Final work schedule to be determined based on need.
