The job of a Barn Manager calls for a mix of both people and horse skills. You need strong communication skills so you can work with employees, horse owners, and the farm owner. The Barn Manager is a jack-of-all-trades and right-hand man or woman to the barn owners.
We’re looking for an Advanced-level eventing trainer to join our team.
Must have a proven track record of moving horses and people up through the levels
Must adhere to classical-dressage principles (meaning if you like to ride “tight”, please do not apply)
ICP certifications preferred, but not required
Because we are a barn of “middle-aged” adult amateur women, communication skills must be impeccable
We have a part-time trainer who has been a great partner, and who is running the Pony Club program. This means, you must work well with others. We are no drama. No exceptions.
